Frequently asked questions
How long does home internet and Wi-Fi setup take?
If the line is ready, modem and in-home Wi-Fi are usually finished the same day. Larger homes may need a survey for mesh or access points.
How do you plan office networks in Northern Cyprus?
We survey first, then propose topology, CAT6, fibre and hardware. After approval we install, test and document.
What does monthly IT support include?
User and office PC support, servers and backups, security updates, maintenance and incident response — remote or on-site hybrid.
Do you install IP cameras?
Yes. IP CCTV, recording, remote viewing and commissioning of existing systems, with a quote after survey.
Where do you install servers?
Famagusta, Nicosia and Kyrenia first, TRNC-wide for physical/virtual servers, Windows Server and ESXi.
Is there a minimum team size for company IT support?
No. We cover SMEs through larger firms; the package follows user and server count.
Do you cover the whole island?
We focus on Famagusta, Nicosia and Kyrenia, with project work in Iskele, Bogaz and other areas.
